Raiders activate CB Daryl Worley, release DL Tank Carradine

The Raiders have activated cornerback Daryl Worley, who missed their first four games while under NFL suspension, and released defensive lineman Tank Carradine as a corresponding move.
Worley, 23, was suspended for violating the league’s policies on substance abuse and personal conduct. He returned to practice this week and should join a cornerback rotation that includes Gareon Conley, Rashaan Melvin and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie against the Chargers.
“He was one of our best corners in the spring,” defensive coordinator Paul Guenther said of Worley this week. “He’s a tough guy, he understands the different techniques we’re trying to teach. He understands the zone concepts we’re trying to teach and the man concepts we teach.
